The regular and student fees include conference materials, proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, opening party and conference dinner. Students should prove their student status issued by their University. The accompanying person fee includes opening party and conference dinner.

  • Credit Card Mail Order - see attached form. Please notice that only embossed cards are accepted. Electronic type is forbidden
In special cases discussed in advance with CONFORG, participants can pay his/her late fee cash or by a credit card (again embossed one only) at the registration.

Cancellation of Registration

Registered participants and accompanying persons unable to attend the conference will obtain the refundation of their paid fees, decreased by the processing fee of 2000 CZK (students 1000 CZK, accompanying persons 500 CZK) provided that a notice (by e-mail, fax or letter) will be received by the CONFORG before May 20, 2006. If cancellation is made after this date no refundation can be expected. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Cancellation of hotel reservations made by participants themselves should be negotiated with the individual hotels directly.
