The conference will take place in The House for Professed (Profesni dum), an old palace in the heart of Mala Strana (Prague Lesser Town). The building is currently part of Charles University, hosting the computer science department of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics.

The house was built by the Jesuits in the 17th century on the main square of Mala Strana, as a seat of the Order. A gem of Prague Baroque architecture, St Nicholas Church, was joined to the House in the 18th century. After the suppression of the Jesuit Order in 1773, the House for Professed became property of the monarchy, and after establishing Czechoslovakia in 1918, its basement was used to house the golden treasure of the new state. In 1950s, the house passed on to the University. In 2006 a costly renovation was completed and now many halls are once again adorned with splendid wall and ceiling frescoes.
